Q: How does it work?
A: We keep it simple! Head over to our website, where you'll find a favorable array of wedding flower options. Take your pick, add them to your cart, and voila! Easy. But remember, our flowers are for pickup or delivery only. This service is ideal for the laid-back bride with a simple set up or a helpful group of bridesmaids!
Q: Who should we send for pickup?
A: Someone you trust! In the order notes, provide the name and phone number of the lucky person who'll be picking up your dreamy blooms or receiving the decor delivery. We want to ensure a smooth pickup, no flower fiascos here!
Q: Any other secret tips?
A: Of course! We want your flowers to bloom at their prime when you come to collect them. So, let us know the time you'll be by to pick up your order delivery is not chosen. We recommend same-day pick up whenever possible to ensure fresh as possible flowers.
Q: Can you work with my preferred color palette?
A: Oh, absolutely! We're all about making your floral fantasies come true! While we can't wave a magic wand and guarantee exact colors or specific varieties, we're here to paint your wedding day with a spectrum of joy-filled hues.
Q: So, how close can you get to my dream palette?
A: Oh, you bet! We'll be your color chameleons, blending and blossoming with the changing seasons. We'll shimmy as close as humanly possible to your preferred color palette, creating a stunning masterpiece that'll make your heart skip a beat!
Q: Do you have any secret flower tricks up your sleeve?

While we can't promise exact matches, we'll have a kaleidoscope of beautiful, seasonal blooms ready to make the wedding of your dreams come to life. Trust us, with our creative touch, you'll have a bouquet that'll leave everyone breathless!
Q: How far in advance do I need to order my flowers?
A: Ah, the sweet scent of preparation! For your blooming day, we recommend placing and paying for your wedding flowers at least 30 days before the big celebration. But remember, lovebirds, we work on a first come, first serve basis, so the earlier, the better!
Q: Is there such a thing as ordering too soon?
A: There’s no such thing as being too prepared! We embrace you keen-eyed planners who want to secure their floral dreams well in advance. So, if you're ready to say "I do" to those beautiful blossoms in your cart, don't hesitate to place your order as far in advance as your heart desires. We're here to turn your dreams into a reality and we will help you if your vision changes after the order is submitted!
Q: How much bulk flowers or greenery should I order?
A: Of course! When it comes to quantities, various factors come together. Think about the size of your vases, stairwells, mantles, arches…the types of flowers you're using, and how lavish you want your arrangement to be. These elements influence the amount of stems you'll need for each creation. Check out this guide.
Our flowers and decor are available ONLY for pick up at our studio or local delivery!
To ensure a smooth pickup OR delivery experience, we kindly request that you provide us with the name and phone number of the lucky flower recipient in your order notes. Oh, and don't forget to share with us the anticipated time of arrival for this fun pickup or delivery. That is it! Simple, straightforward, and full of ease!
Q: What do we need to bring for pickup? Will I need a certain vehicle?
A: Great question! Let's dive into the essentials for a smooth pickup. The requirements depend on what you've ordered, so let's break it down:
For smaller orders like bouquets and boutonnieres, any vehicle (except bicycles!) will do the trick. However, if you've ordered larger items like arbor arrangements or statement arrangements, a larger vehicle such as a van or SUV might be needed. Oh, and a friendly reminder – uncovered pickup truck beds aren't the best choice as delicate blooms can get damaged by wind or other elements along the way.
All our wedding flower products, excluding arbor arrangements and statement arrangements, will come thoughtfully packaged for easy transportation. Simply slide them onto the backseat or trunk!!
To be on the dry side, we recommend bringing a tarp, towels, or any other form of protection to shield your vehicle's interior from any potential water or plant material. We want your blooms to arrive fresh and fabulous!

Q: How about candles and decor? When should I pick up or have it delivered?
A: If you wish to receive your candles and decor earlier than your flowers, simply let us know by adding a note during the checkout process. We'll gladly accommodate your request and make sure you have everything in hand to set the stage for your special day.
Q: Should I order more flowers than I think I need?
A: Probably a good idea! We always recommend sprinkling a little extra floral enchantment in your order. You never know when you might get struck with an urge to create an additional masterpiece, or a boutonniere mishap calls for a graceful replacement. Trust us, finding a lovely spot for those extra blooms won't be a challenge!
Q: How do I install your arbor arrangements?
A: Installing our arbor arrangements is a piece of cake! (Speaking of cake, did you add cake flowers to the cart? Even “naked” cakes enjoy a few stems!) Anyways, we've got you covered with zip ties that make the hanging process a breeze. Along with the zip ties, we provide detailed instructions to guide you through the installation. Just gather at least 2 people or 1 very capable one, grab some scissors, and depending on the height of your arbor, a trusty stepstool might come in handy. Let the floral transformation begin!
Q: Do I need to include anything in my order notes?
A: We're here to bring your floral dreams to life, so if you have any very special or unique requests for your wedding flowers, please reach out to us at abrideideaweddings@gmail.com. Our floral fairies will work their magic to see if we can accommodate your request. Once you have the green light, go ahead and include your special request in the order notes.
